Terms and Refund Policy

Who we are

The Daily Buyers Method is sold by Tony Tovar ("Tony", "we", "us"). Questions, support and refund requests: support@dailybuyersmethod.com. We answer within two business days.

What you buy

The Daily Buyers Method (digital guide): read online in your browser on any device. Delivered right after payment and by email.
The Ad Accelerator and other books and courses (optional, inside the reader): read inside the online reader. Delivered to your online library as soon as they are paid.
The Daily Buyers Community (optional membership, $10 a month or $97 a year, or as shown when you join): access to the community, the Classroom and your own store on this platform, renewing automatically until you cancel.

If you bought the guide from a member's store, that member is the seller of the guide and is paid directly through their own Stripe account. Everything you buy after the guide (add-ons, courses, the community) is sold by Tony Tovar. These terms, including the refund policy below, apply to every purchase.

Prices are shown in US dollars on the page and at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. All products are digital; nothing is shipped.

Your access

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read and use the guides for yourself. You may not resell, share or publish them; the right to sell them is only available through a membership license. Your reading link is personal: please don't share it. Links work on several devices; if yours stops working, get a fresh one any time at /resend. We may remove access to the online reader if a link is shared publicly or a payment is reversed.

Refund policy: all sales are final

Every product here is digital and delivered instantly. All sales are final and no refunds are given, for the guide, add-ons, courses and community payments alike.

Before every purchase you are asked to tick a box that reads: "I understand this is a digital product I get instantly. All sales are final: I ask for immediate access, I give up any right to cancel or withdraw, and I will not receive a refund." You can't pay without ticking it. We record when you agreed, the version of these terms, and the internet address you agreed from.

Your right to cancel or withdraw. Where the law gives buyers of digital content a right to withdraw (for example in the EU and UK), you expressly ask us to give you access immediately and acknowledge that you lose that right once access begins, which is right after payment.

Memberships. The community membership renews automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from your account ("Manage billing"); it then stops at the end of the period you already paid for. Before joining you tick a box that reads: "I understand this membership renews automatically until I cancel, and I can cancel anytime to stop future payments. I get access right away, so payments already made are final and will not be refunded, including partial periods." Payments already made are not refunded.

If something is wrong with your order, for example you were charged twice or can't open your guide, email support@dailybuyersmethod.com and we'll fix the problem, usually by restoring your access. A duplicate charge made in error is refunded.

Chargebacks. If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us, we will respond with the record of your agreement to these terms, your purchase details and your use of the product. Access to the reader, the community and any store ends while a dispute is open.

Results

The guides teach a method. Results depend on your own work, content, ads and market; we don't promise any specific income or number of sales.

Liability

The materials are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version shown at the time of your purchase applies to it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
